Yannick Hess has a dual study background: Civil engineering (ESTP - France) and Economics (Executive MBA, Kellogg School of Management – Chicago, Miami, Toronto, Düsseldorf, Tel Aviv, Hong Kong).
He started his career with BESIX Group at the time of the construction of the Emirates Tower building in Dubai. Subsequently, he decided to gain a better understanding of the financial side of the real estate business and worked as an investment funds financial auditor at PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS Luxembourg.
Thereafter, he used this knowledge to practice investment mechanisms and technical aspects on real estate developments in SNCF. His investment skills were broadened in COMMERZBANK AG at the operative and strategic level for a €20 billion portfolio of commercial real estate invested globally.
This international expertise covering the whole real estate supply chain and the understanding of investors´ needs combined with a close-knit local and global network of executives from all industries led him to found TCP Brokerage.
